At Perpetual Restaurant Pro (“PRP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality systems and services to help restaurants grow. This Refund Policy outlines how payments are handled.
1. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website and system build

  • Online ordering setup

  • Menu creation and configuration

  • Integrations and onboarding

Because these services involve time, labor, and customization, refunds are not provided after the project has started.
2. Monthly Subscription Fees

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed

  • Services remain active through the current billing period

If you cancel your service, it will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Transaction-Based Fees (If Applicable)
If your plan includes a transaction-based fee (such as a percentage of online orders):

  • These fees are collected per completed transaction

  • They are non-refundable, as they are tied to processed orders

4. Customer Orders & Restaurant Responsibility
Perpetual Restaurant Pro provides the system for online ordering but does not control:

  • Food preparation

  • Order accuracy

  • Fulfillment or delivery

Any refunds related to customer orders must be handled directly by the restaurant.
5. Third-Party Fees
Fees charged by third-party providers (such as payment processors or delivery services) are:

  • Non-refundable through PRP

  • Subject to the policies of those providers

6. Service Interruptions
While we strive for reliable performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Temporary downtime

  • Third-party outages

  • Internet or connectivity issues outside our control

7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific situation.
