No. You can keep third-party apps while owning your own ordering system.

Perpetual Restaurant Pro does support the DoorDash Driver program which allows you to offer delivery service straight from your website, which is then fulfilled by DoorDash.

What equipment do I need?

Very little—we provide the equipment needed to run the system.Perpetual Restaurant Pro provides a dedicated tablet and receipt printer, along with a few initial rolls of receipt paper to get you started. After that, replacement printer paper is an inexpensive supply that your restaurant will simply order as needed.Your restaurant will need:A reliable internet connectionAn available Ethernet port on your router or network for the receipt printerA standard power outlet for the equipmentIf you don’t have an available Ethernet port, no problem—a small, inexpensive Ethernet switch can be added to provide additional ports.For restaurants within our in-person service area, we handle the installation, configuration, testing, and staff training for you. For restaurants outside the area, your equipment can be shipped preconfigured, and we’ll guide you through the setup process.We make the entire process as simple and turnkey as possible.

Do I need to change my menu prices for online orders?

Not necessarily. Many restaurants choose to slightly adjust their online pricing or add a small convenience fee to help cover processing and service costs.

In many cases, this can fully or partially offset the cost of the system.

We’ll help you set this up during onboarding so everything works exactly how you want it.

What are the transaction fees?

Standard payment processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These are charged by the payment processor and go directly to them, not to us.
